Homework:
Study for Middle Ages Literature Test! You will find the Study Guide under the "Study Guides" tab.
1. Today in class we took notes on the "Punctuation" Power Point, which you can find under the "Power Points" tab. You will want to take notes on the different kinds of punctuation you can use for stylistic purposes.
2. Punctuation has been removed from the following excerpt. It is your job to put it back in, using the various punctuation marks reviewed or learned in the Power Point:

“Preparation timing and speed were all important the explorers had to wait for spring and sunlight to return to the Arctic but they also had to complete the journey before great sections of the polar ice melted in the Arctic summer Peary’s expedition consisted of five advance relay sledge teams which would take turns going ahead to break the trail and establish supply camps as each team finished its leg of the journey it would return to the supply ship”

***Bring your excerpt with the correct punctuation to class with you on Monday. Additionally, bring your tan book as we will read the "Wife of Bath" story.

3. As promised, the Dante and Chaucer lecture notes are under the "Study Guides" tab. I can print copies out for those who truly cannot access them.
***Bring tan books Monday for the "Wife of Bath" story!
4. Dr. Paraskevas asked you to email her your sentences directly from now on. Her email address is now located under the "Resources" tab.
5. Finally, I of course collected the Song of Deeds stories today.

Happy Friday!

Mrs. Johnson
